EXERCISE OF KINGFISH LIMITED WARRANTS (KFLWG) – 18 Nov 2022

Kingfish Limited's KFLWG warrants will expire on 18 November 2022, and holders have until that date to exercise them at a final exercise price of $1.90.

Payment must be made by direct credit to the Kingfish Limited Warrant Account, and NZX adviser firms may receive a handling fee for providing advice.

Holders can also seek to sell or transfer their warrants on the NZX Main Board until 16 November 2022.

Any warrants not exercised by 5.00pm on 18 November 2022 will lapse.
