Fletcher Building has announced the appointment of Kylie Eagle as its new chief people officer.
Eagle, who has been with the company since 2021, will assume her new role on November 11, 2024.
She previously served as the general manager of people and performance for Fletcher Building's construction division and the concrete division.
Eagle's appointment is part of the company's succession planning.
