Fletcher Building appoints interim group counsel

Fletcher Building has announced the appointment of Haydn Wong as the interim group general counsel and company secretary.

Wong, a senior partner at law firm Bell Gully, will assume the role on April 17.

His appointment comes as the company's current group general counsel and company secretary, Andrew Clarke, transitions to a newly created commercial director position.

Fletcher Building stated that Wong will serve in the interim role until a permanent group general counsel and company secretary is appointed.
