Fletcher Building appoints new chair, director

Fletcher Building has announced the appointments of Peter Crowley as chair and Jacqui Coombes as an independent, non-executive director.

Crowley's appointment is effective immediately, while Coombes will officially join the board on April 14, 2025.

The company said these appointments complete its board renewal process.

Crowley has been a director of Fletcher Building since 2019 and has over 40 years of experience in the construction materials and building products industries.

Coombes, on the other hand, has significant industry expertise from her senior executive roles in the building sector retail industry, including leading Bunnings' New Zealand operations for 10 years.
