Fonterra announces share acquisition in buyback programme

Fonterra Shareholders' Fund has issued a notice regarding the acquisition of ordinary shares in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited.

This acquisition is part of the on-market share buyback programme that was announced on 27 July 2023.

The notice is in compliance with FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
