Today, Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited announced that Ms Leonie Guiney, one of its directors, has been appointed to the Milk Price Panel, replacing Mr Brent Goldsack.
Ms Guiney is not considered an independent member of the Panel, however the majority of the Panel will remain independent.
