Port of Tauranga has announced the appointment of Fraser Whineray to its Board, replacing Sir Rob McLeod.
Whineray, who has executive experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Fonterra and former Chief Executive of Mercury, brings valuable commercial expertise and a deep understanding of global trade and supply chains to the Board.
The company expressed gratitude to Sir Rob for his significant contribution during his seven years on the Board.
Whineray will join the Board on 31 October 2023.
