Full Year Results to 31 March 2022

Promisia Healthcare Limited has reported its FY22 unaudited, preliminary results, with revenue of $21.0 million and EBITDAF1 of $4.5 million.

The Group reported a net profit after tax of $2.4 million and total assets of $52.1 million at 31 March 2022.

The company made positive progress on its two primary areas of focus and acquired Aldwins House post-year end.

Investment has been made into infrastructure and a new CEO has been appointed.

The company is positioned to grow, with the focus on maximising occupancy, diversifying revenue and pursuing targeted acquisitions.
