: General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) announced on 27 January 2022 that Jonathan Clark has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer and Erick Smith has been appointed to the newly created role of Corporate Counsel.
Clark's last day is 22 February 2022 and Smith commenced employment on 1 February 2022.
The Group is currently undertaking an executive search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
