Genesis Energy Limited (“GNE”) – Suspension of GNE040

NZX announces the suspension of trading of Genesis Energy's GNE040 Bonds, effective from close of market on 26 May 2022.

This comes in response to Genesis opening an offer for new capital bonds which is scheduled to close on 1 June 2022, with the company set to exercise its option to redeem the GNE040 Bonds on 9 June 2022 if the Offer is successful.

The suspension is expected to remain in place until the GNE040 Bonds are redeemed on 9 June 2022, or until close of market on 1 June 2022 if the Offer is unsuccessful.
