Cooks Coffee flags ‘material uncertainty’ for second year running

Cooks Coffee has flagged a material uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern for the second year running.In its annual report released last week, the group disclosed that as at March 31, it had net operating cash outflows of $283,000 and negative net working capital of $341,000.“These factors indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group’s ability to continue as a going concern,” the report said.However, the directors forecast that the group can manage its cashflow...
