Genesis Energy Limited has requested the suspension of trading of its capital bonds quoted on the NZDX under ticker code GNE050, effective from close of market on 26 June 2023.
If the new offer is successful, holders of GNE050 Bonds may be able to exchange them for an equal number of new capital bonds on 10 July 2023.
The suspension is expected to remain in place until the GNE050 Bonds are redeemed in full on 17 July 2023.
