Daran Nair, an independent director of Geneva Finance Limited, has announced his resignation from the board, effective 31 July 23.
Nair has expressed his gratitude for the privilege and honour of serving the board for the past three years, but has cited a shift in his personal priorities as the reason for his departure.
The Geneva board are now in the process of finding a suitable replacement.
