Geneva Director resignation

Daran Nair, an independent director of Geneva Finance Limited advises that he is leaving the board effective 31 July 23. Daran advises that, it has been a privilege and honour to serve the Geneva board for the past three years, however it is a shift in his personal priorities that have made it increasingly challenging to effectively fulfil his responsibilities as a board member and led to this decision.
The Geneva board are in the process of identifying suitable candidates to replace this role.
