Geo Limited has announced that it will be delisting from the NZX main board.
Trading of Geo's ordinary shares will be suspended and halted on February 8, 2024, which will be the final day of trading.
The delisting will take effect on February 12, 2024, pending the fulfilment of standard delisting conditions.
