Subject: Geo Limited (“GEO”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Geo Limited (“GEO”) on Monday, 8 January 2024 and the shareholder meeting results announced on Tuesday, 23 January 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that GEO will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.
The final day of trading in GEO will be Thursday, 8 February 2024, with GEO ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, GEO ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and GEO will delist from close of business on Monday, 12 February 2024.
