Geo shareholders have approved the resolution to delist the company from the NZX main board.

The decision was made at a special meeting held online on Thursday and was supported by the independent directors.

All voting was conducted by a poll, in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 6.1. As a result of the resolution, Geo's shares are expected to enter a trading halt on January 8 2024, and be delisted from the NZX main board on February 12 2024.
