Greenfern Industries has announced that its auditor, Crowe New Zealand Audit Partnership, has resigned with immediate effect.
The company's board has already begun the process of identifying and appointing a new auditor, and said it is currently engaged in active discussions.
Crowe New Zealand Audit Partnership will cooperate with the incoming auditors to ensure a smooth transition.
