Resignation of Auditor

Greenfern Industries Limited has received notice from its auditor, Crowe New Zealand Audit Partnership, that in accordance with section 207R of the Companies Act 1993 it has resigned as auditor of Greenfern Industries Limited effective immediately.

Greenfern’s Board has commenced the process of identifying and appointing a new auditor with active discussions and will make a new announcement on their engagement in due course.

Crowe New Zealand Audit partnership will cooperate with the incoming auditors as appropriate to ensure a smooth transition.
