Goodman Property Services has released the 2025 annual report for Goodman Property Trust and GMT Bond Issuer.
The report includes GMT's climate-related disclosures and a new remuneration report, following the internalisation of GMT's management functions last year.
Chief executive James Spence highlighted the report's comprehensive overview of the company's activities, emphasising the strength of its financial results and the benefits of its development-led growth strategy and internalisation.
The report is now available online.
Goodman Property Trust is a managed investment scheme listed on the NZX, with a market capitalisation of around $3 billion and a property portfolio valued at $4.7b.
