Melissa Clark-Reynolds has announced her intention to resign as a director of AoFrio, effective May 28, 2025.
AoFrio said it does not plan to appoint a replacement at this time.
The company said the decision was practical and there is no immediate need to fill the position, as the other board members cover Clark-Reynolds' skill set.
