Melissa Clark-Reynolds has advised the Board of her intention resign as a director, effective 28th May 2025. The Board and Management appreciate Melissa’s contribution to the development of AoFrio’s growth strategy since her appointment at the commencement of the 2024 year.
The Company is not currently intending to appoint a replacement.
John Scott said “The professional demands on Melissa & the demands from Aofrio just didn’t align timing wise. There is nothing but goodwill from both sides and it’s a practical decision that Melissa has made. There is no immediate need to replace Melissa at this time as the other board members cover her skills set”.
