Grant Devonport has been appointed to the board of Freightways, effective November 25, 2024.
Devonport, who is also a non-executive director of Auckland International Airport, will stand for election at the annual shareholders meeting scheduled for October 30, 2025.
The Freightways board has determined Devonport to be an independent director.
Devonport previously served as the chief financial officer of Australian Pacific Airports Corporation and held roles at Toll Holdings.
