Green Cross Health is to hold its annual meeting on August 1, 2024, at Auckland's Ellerslie Event Centre.
The agenda for the meeting includes the chair's address, the group chief executive officer's address, the presentation of audited financial statements and the consideration of resolutions.
Resolutions involve the re-election of directors Peter Merton and Ken Orr, as well as the authorisation of the directors to determine the auditor's remuneration for the next year.
Shareholders have the option to appoint a proxy, with the company's chair offering to act as a proxy and stating an intention to vote undirected proxies in favour of the resolutions.
The meeting will also provide an opportunity to discuss any other relevant matters.
Afternoon tea will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
