Green Cross Health Limited is pleased to release its 2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting will be held on July 25th, 2022 at 2.30 pm at the Ellerslie Event Centre in Auckland.

At the meeting, shareholders will consider the election of Craig Brockliss as a Director, the re-election of John Bolland and Kim Ellis as Directors, and the authorisation of the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditor for the ensuing year.

Shareholders may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf by submitting the enclosed proxy form to Computershare Investor Services Limited or completing the form online at www.investorvote.co.nz.
