Hani Daher named VP of operations at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels NZ

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand has announced the appointment of Hani Daher as its new vice president of operations.

Daher, who has over 20 years of international hospitality leadership experience, will assume his new role on November 3, 2025.

He is currently the area manager for Travel + Leisure Co., overseeing a portfolio of 14 hotels and resorts in Australia.

Daher has also held key positions with global brands in various markets, including Fiji, Vanuatu, Congo, Jordan, Dubai, and Qatar.

His leadership has been recognised with industry awards, including being a finalist for the Australian General Manager of the Year and the recipient of the Australian Timeshare Holiday Ownership Council GM of the Year Award.

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand is the only NZSX-listed hotel owner-operator in New Zealand, with 19 owned, leased, and franchised hotels.
