The delisting is due to low trading volumes on the NZX and a desire to reduce compliance obligations and administrative and financial costs.
New Zealand shareholders will still be able to trade Harmoney shares through NZ brokers who facilitate trading on the ASX or through an Australian broker.
The Board of Directors believes that consolidating Harmoney’s listing on the ASX is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
