Heartland Group Holdings Limited has announced the successful completion of its fully underwritten NZ$130 million placement of the NZ$200 million equity raising.
The placement was strongly supported by existing institutional and retail shareholders and also attracted significant bids from other institutional and retail investors.
A share purchase plan is also underway with a record date of 22 August 2022, offer document to be dispatched on 25 August 2022 and the results of the offer to be announced on 8 September 2022.
