Hallenstein Glasson has announced the appointment of Peter Steenson as an independent non-executive director, effective today.
Steenson, who has over 30 years of experience at EY, will hold office until the next annual meeting, where he will be eligible for re-election.
The company said Steenson qualifies as an independent director under the NZX listing rules.
