Infratil has announced that Catherine Savage will be retiring from the Board on 31 January 2022.
Chair Mark Tume thanked her for her contribution to the Board since her appointment in 2019, and noted that the Board will commence a search process for a new director early in 2022.
Catherine commented that she steps down with the company in excellent shape with a refreshed management team and investment and portfolio strategy.
