Investore Property has successfully allocated $60 million of subordinated convertible notes to participants in the bookbuild process for its general offer.
The interest rate for the notes has been set at 6.25% per annum, which is the minimum interest rate.
Eligible investors still have the opportunity to apply for additional notes through the shareholder priority offer, which will close on September 23, 2025.
The company expects the notes under the general offer and the shareholder priority offer to be issued on September 26, 2025, and to be quoted on the NZX debt market on September 29, 2025, under the ticker code IPLHA.
