PaySauce, a New Zealand-based fintech, has announced the retirement of Jacqueline Cheyne as a director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the end of her current term.
Cheyne's commitment to accuracy, transparency and regulatory compliance has been praised by the board of directors, who are confident in a smooth transition with the early notice given.
