F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 138,274 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 26 June 2023, with a weighted average price of 859.2211p.
The purchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights in the Company to 517,204,284.
