Jim Sybertsma has been appointed as an independent Director of the board at PaySauce Limited, effective from 1 October 2023.
Sybertsma has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions and currently serves as a Director for Provident Insurance Corporation Limited, Auto Drive Holdings, and First Glass.
He is also the CFO of Hawkesby Management.
Sybertsma will chair the Audit and Risk Committee at PaySauce.
The company is a SaaS fintech platform that provides solutions for managing employees in the Asia-Pacific region.
