EROAD has announced the appointment of John Scott as a new independent non-executive director, effective from March 1, 2025.
Scott, based in New Zealand, brings extensive experience in global technology, digital transformation, and business strategy.
He previously served as the chief executive of Invenco and held key executive positions at Navico.
EROAD chair Susan Paterson expressed her pleasure in welcoming Scott to the board, highlighting his insightful perspectives and deep understanding of technology.
The company also announced that Steven Newman will be stepping down as a consultant to the technology committee on March 3, 2025.
EROAD is a technology, tolling, and services provider specialising in road charging and compliance solutions.
