Just Life Group Limited has announced a net fully imputed final dividend of 0.7 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2023.
The total net fully imputed dividend declared for the year was 1.2 cents per share.
The ex-date for the dividend is 12 September 2023, the record date is 13 September 2023, and the payment date is 20 September 2023.
The company also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan where shareholders can choose to receive their dividends in shares instead of cash, with the issue price determined by the weighted average sale price of the company's shares on the NZX in the ten business days prior to the record date, minus a 2.5% discount.
