Just Life Group has announced that all resolutions were approved at its special meeting of shareholders.
The company will proceed with its plans to delist from the NZX Main Board, list on the USX, and adopt an amended constitution.
The delisting from the NZX will take place on June 13 2024, following a trading halt that will begin on June 11 2024.
In addition, Just Life Group revealed that directors Phil Norman, Steve Bayliss, Richard Carver, and Lynne Jacobs will step down from their roles on the NZX Main Board.
The company said it will announce the appointment of replacement directors prior to the delisting.
Shareholders can expect to receive the share buyback offer and acceptance form instructions on May 14 2024.
