Jyllene Miller joins Black Pearl board

Jyllene Miller has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the board of Black Pearl Group, effective Sep 10 2024.

Miller's appointment comes as Cherryl Pressley steps down from her role as a non-independent director.

Blackpearl's chief executive, Nick Lissette, expressed pleasure in welcoming Miller to the board, noting her 25 years of C-suite and board leadership experience, as well as her extensive governance experience and knowledge of the US technology industry.

Lissette believes Miller's presence will help restore and strengthen objective oversight on the board.

Blackpearl, a data technology company, is based in Wellington and Phoenix, and specialises in AI-driven sales and marketing solutions for the US market.
