Kate Munnings appointed director at Ryman Healthcare

Ryman Healthcare has announced the appointment of Kate Munnings as an independent non-executive director, effective from November 1, 2023.

Munnings brings a diverse range of experience in construction, law, and healthcare, which will be relevant to the business and strengthen the capabilities of the board.

She is currently the Chief Executive at Virtus Healthcare and has previously held executive positions in Ramsay Healthcare and Broadspectrum.

Munnings will also take over the Chair role of the Clinical Governance board committee in the future.

Ryman Healthcare owns and operates retirement villages in New Zealand and Australia, with 13,900 residents and 7,200 staff.
