Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Enprise Group, has filed legal proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia against MYOB Australia Pty Ltd.
This follows unsuccessful attempts to resolve a dispute over a retrospective reduction in margins from existing sales of MYOB Exo software.
The reduction is estimated to cost Kilimanjaro NZ$935,000 per annum.
