Kiwi Property has announced the appointment of Carlie Eve and Peter Alexander to its board of directors, bringing extensive property and investment experience.
Mark Ford, Chair of Kiwi Property, and incoming Chair, Simon Shakesheff, praised the two new directors for their mix of skills and commitment to governance.
Both directors will stand for election at the next annual meeting of shareholders.
Carlie and Peter are independent directors and bring 25 and 30 years of experience in finance, funds management and capital markets, respectively.
