Kiwi Property Group Limited has successfully closed its Offer of 6.5-year fixed-rate senior secured green bonds with NZ$125 million of bonds allocated to the participants and their clients, including an oversubscription of NZ$25 million.
The margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.75% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today.
All Green Bonds were allocated to clients of the Joint Lead Managers, Primary Market Participants and other approved financial intermediaries.
