Kiwi Property Group Limited has closed its offer (Offer) of 6.5-year fixed-rate senior secured green bonds (Green Bonds) following a successful bookbuild, with NZ$125 million of Green Bonds allocated to the participants and their clients. This includes oversubscriptions of NZ$25 million.
The margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.75% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today, along with the release of the final terms sheet.
There was no public pool for the Offer, with all Green Bonds allocated to clients of the Joint Lead Managers, Primary Market Participants and other approved financial intermediaries.
