Laurence Goodman appointed director at Geneva Finance

Geneva Finance has announced the appointment of Laurence Goodman as a director.

However, it is noted that Laurence is not considered an independent director according to listing rule 2.6.2. Laurence brings 25 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.

He also operates an IT consulting business called "Goodman Services" that serves small to medium-sized clients in New Zealand and the Pacific.

Laurence will retire and stand for election at the next Geneva Finance Annual Shareholder Meeting, in accordance with NZX Listing Rules.

His appointment is effective from October 13, 2023.
