Geneva Director appointment
The Geneva board announces the appointment of Laurence Goodman as a director.
As required by listing rule 2.6.2 the Board has determined that Laurence is not an independent director.
Laurence comes to the board with an extensive 25 years’ experience in the IT industry.
Laurence holds a Bachelor of Commerce and was a Chartered Accountant. Laurence also operates an IT consulting business “Goodman Services” which assists small to medium sized clients in New Zealand and throughout the pacific.
In line with the NZX Listing Rules, Laurence will retire and stand for election at the next Geneva Finance Annual Shareholder Meeting.
Laurence’s appointment is effective, Friday 13th of October 2023.
