Laurissa Cooney has resigned as a director of Accordant Group, effective May 29, 2024.
Cooney's resignation comes after the publication of the company's FY24 results and the release of its annual report.
Accordant's chairman, Simon Bennett, expressed gratitude to Cooney for her contribution as a director and for facilitating the smooth transition of the chair of the audit and risk committee to Bella Takiari-Brame.
