LIC director Candace Kinser not seeking re-election

Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) independent director, Candace Kinser, will not seek re-election this year.

LIC board chair, Corrigan Sowman, expressed gratitude for Kinser's service and highlighted the value of her experience in the biotech and technology sector.

Kinser, who was appointed to the board in October 2015, will continue to serve as an independent director until LIC's annual meeting in September 2024.
