Luke Bunt will rejoin the board of Comvita, effective Sept 1 2024.
Bunt, who previously served as an independent director and chair of the audit and risk committee, will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Julia Hoare.
The company highlighted Bunt's extensive knowledge of Comvita's business and his broad corporate strategic experience.
In accordance with listing rules, the board has determined that Bunt is an independent director.
