Manawa Energy announces new management appointments

Independent power producer, Manawa Energy, has announced two new appointments to its management team.

Richard Spearman has been appointed as the General Manager of Market Operations, while Deborah Sinclair will take on the role of General Manager of People.

Spearman, who has been with the company since 2004, previously served as the Commercial Development Manager.

Sinclair, on the other hand, brings over 20 years of people and culture experience to her new position.

The appointments are effective immediately.

In a separate statement, Manawa Energy also clarified that its chief executive and chief financial officer are considered senior managers and will disclose information accordingly.
