Manawa Energy to redeem, delist NZX bonds

Manawa Energy has announced its decision to fully redeem all of its quoted bonds on the NZX Debt Market and delist them.

The company will exercise its right to redeem the MNW170, MNW180, and MNW190 bonds.

The final day of trading for these bonds is July 23, 2025, and they will be suspended at the close of business.

The redemption of the bonds is scheduled for August 5, 2025, which will also mark the delisting of the bonds.
